Our dumplings come from authentic family recipes — the kind you won’t find in big brands or supermarkets. Inspired by the cooking method of Southwest China, we steam them in corn-flour water for a soft, delicate texture, then pan-fry to golden perfection for that irresistible crispy bottom. It’s both tasty and wholesome!
Our curry brings together the bold flavours of Southeast Asia, India, and Southwest China. The chicken curry combines the freshness of lemongrass with the rich aroma of Yunnan spices. The beef curry draws inspiration from Indian masala and Sichuan pepper, offering a deep, spicy flavour with just the right kick.
Made with a rich, slow-cooked broth and fresh handmade noodles, each serving balances spice, aroma, and texture in perfect harmony. The soup is layered with herbs, chili, and a hint of vinegar to awaken the taste buds, while tender meat or seasonal vegetables make it hearty and satisfying. It’s a bowl that’s both simple and soulful.
